Useful formulas
Count cells not empty
COUNTA function - Syntax is COUNTA(value1, [value2], ...)
Count all in column C in a table:
=COUNTA(Table!C:C)
Sum cells based on criteria
SUMIF function - Syntax is SUMIF(range, criteria, [sum_range])
Check all values in column B, for any greater than value in A5 then add the number from column D:
=SUMIF(Table!B:B, ">"&A5, Table!D:D)
SUMIFS function - Syntax is SUMIFS(sum_range, criteria_range1, criteria1, [criteria_range2, criteria2], ...)
Check all values in column D that are “Yes”, if that’s true add the value from column B:
=SUMIF(Table!B:B, Table!D:D, "Yes")
